With a 40-year-career in the incentive business largely with two companies, Maritz Inc. in St. Louis and Hinda Incentives in Chicago, Mike Donnelly has decided to step down from his role as Hinda president to focus on his family and ways he can contribute to the industry or other interests going forward on a part-time basis.
Jeff Gelinas will be the new president of Hinda as well as the parent company Engage2Excel and will assume Donnelly’s responsibilities. He is a twenty-year veteran of the industry and has been the president of Engage2Excel for the last four years. Theresa Thomas has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales, Solutions and Professional Services, for Hinda. She is a twenty-eight-year veteran of the industry, with 18 years at Hinda, most recently as vice president of strategic solutions.
In a statement to his industry colleagues, Donnelly writes, “It has been a privilege to work and create with you as part of our incredible journey in this industry that I love so much. Your trust, partnership, and support of our great industry has been an important inspiration and valuable part of my career, and I am deeply grateful for the relationship we have built.”
